- Pre-Series B, founded within the last 10 years, with an Organization ID from an Activate Provider; AWS account on a Paid Tier plan.
- How to claim
- Apply on the AWS startups site with the provider's Org ID.
- Partner requirement
- Requires an Org ID from an Activate Provider (accelerator, angel investor or VC firm). An accelerator can apply to become an Activate Provider and hand the Org ID to its founders.

- Separate invite-only 'AWS Credits for AI Startups' tier ($200,000+) is for startups that have outgrown Portfolio, through an AWS account manager. | Also noted: Requires an Organization ID from an Activate Provider (accelerator, angel investor, VC firm). A non-profit accelerator can become an Activate Provider to issue Org IDs.
